How are the classes at Nulinga?
Our classes are 100% virtual and live, with tutors who accompany you throughout the entire learning process.
Once you have completed the leveling test, we will assign your course and tutor according to the chosen plan and your availability.
All the content of the classes is business-oriented, and each level has its specific content, which is also practiced orally.

Currently, we only offer the modality with fixed schedules. Our goal is that the students always have classes with the same tutor and, in group classes, with the same classmates. Therefore, it is not possible to reschedule your classes weekly.Few readersWill my tutor always be the same?
Yes. We want our students to feel comfortable and develop bonds with their tutor, so we try to ensure that the tutor will always be the same.
In exceptional cases, we can change the tutor.Few readersHow are groups assigned?
In group classes, we assign in the same group students who are starting at the same level and who indicated the same time availability. Students in each group may or may not belong to the same company.
Group classes have a maximum of 4 students.Some readersWhere can I find and download my certificates?
You can easily access your certificates from Nulinga by clicking My Journey in the left menu.
First, you’ll see all your languages and, by clicking View detail in a certain language, you’ll access all levels and modules for that language.
In this view, for each module, you’ll be able to click View detail for more information, or Share certificate to download and share your certificate on the web. You’ll also be able to edit it (change display language and name if necessary).

You can access your journey at Nulinga by clicking My Journey in the left menu.
You can navigate between languages, levels and modules by clicking View detail. You’ll find information such as start and end dates, presenteeism and score.
When you enter a language you’ll see your path and the status for every level and module, and for completed and approved modules you’ll have access to certificates and reports.Few readers
About the levels
How do I know what my level is?
When registering, if you haven’t indicated that you are a beginner, you have to answer a short quiz to find out what your current level of the chosen language is.Few readersWhat are the levels?
At Nulinga we work with the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR): A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2.
Each level is divided into 3 units of 16 lessons, the last one being an oral and written assessment.

To request the level change, you must contact our Customer Support via chat from the platform or by sending an email to info@nulinga.com.

General information about the classes
When do my classes start?
When you finish the activation process, we will assign you the course in up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information you need to start studying.

We use our own platform so that you can access the course and the material of your level. For live classes, we use Zoom.
When assigning you the course, we will provide you with the link so that you can access the classes, even if you don’t yet have Zoom installed on your computer.
Remember to be in a quiet and comfortable place, with good lighting and a good connection so that the class is carried out in the best possible way.PopularWhere can I see the material for the classes?
You must go to My Courses and select your current course. In the Materials tab, you can see everything you need for the lessons.Few readersI haven’t received the invitations for the classes.
From the My Courses section, you can find the link to download the invitation.
If no course is listed, it could be for one of these reasons:
You haven’t completed the onboarding (leveling test and indication of available times).
The 7 business days haven’t passed since you completed the onboarding.
We haven't found your ideal teacher yet.

It is important to notify us when you cannot attend one of your classes.
If you are studying in the individual or intensive modality, we will notify your teacher and the lesson will be rescheduled.
In group courses, the lesson will not be rescheduled, since we prioritize that the other students take the lesson.
Communicating an absence:
To notify that you will be absent, go to My Courses, click on the next scheduled date and then on the I cannot attend button.
If your plan isSome readersWhat will happen when I finish all the lessons?
At the end of the final unit, you will carry out the oral and written assessment. If you pass, you will be able to advance to the next module.
You will continue studying on the same day and time and with the same tutor. If you need to make any changes, you must contact our team through info@nulinga.com
The assignment of the next module can take up to 5 days.Few readersWhat happens if I don't pass the assessment?
If you had regular attendance and did the homework, you should have no problem passing the final assessment, but if you don’t pass, we’ll analyze your situation.
We will ask your tutor for feedback, and we will make the decision that we believe is best for your learning. You may have additional classes before you take the test again.Some readersCommunicating an absence:
To notify that you will be absent, go to My Courses, click on the next scheduled date and then on the I cannot attend button.
If your plan is individual or intensive, by notifying your absence 24 hours in advance, you will be able to offer recovery days and times to your tutor. In case the tutor accepts it, the recovery date will be automatically uploaded to the platform. If the tutor doesn’t accept it, you must coordinate the recovery in the next class.

The Coffee is a personalized space created so that teachers and students can interact and maintain contact outside the classes. In this space you can share tasks, doubts, suggestions and communications.
If you have to reschedule a class, The Coffee is also the right space.
Every time a new conversation is posted, you will receive a notification on the platform and by e-mail, so you don't miss anything.
To access, log in, click on My Courses and then on the next scheduled class. There,PopularI want to study with the people I work with or my relatives.
Contact us through our chat or by sending an e-mail to info@nulinga.com and tell us who you want to study with. If everyone is registered correctly and matches level and availability, we will assign them to the same course.

Modifications, pauses and withdrawals
I made a mistake with the time I chose when starting. How can I change it?

You can change the day and time of your course on the platform quickly and easily.
In your user profile, go to the My Courses section and access your current course. In the Detail tab, you will see the Request Timetable Change button. Click the button, then click New change request button, select the reason for your request and add a comment if you think necessary.

You can choose one of these 3 options:

To unsubscribe, log in and click My Subscription on the left menu. Then, click cancel your subscription and then Cancel my Subscription button.
We will inform you until what day your subscription will remain active.
We would like to know the reason for your cancellation, so we invite you to leave us your feedback.
You can return to study whenever you want, you just have to contact our team through info@nulinga.com.Few readersWhat do I do if I decide to take a leave or vacation?
You can pause your subscription for a maximum of 3 weeks without having to unsubscribe.
To do this, go to the My Subscription section, click Pause and select the period of time you want to pause the subscription.
Your subscription will remain active, but you will not be charged during this period of time.
If your plan is individual or intensive, the classes will be back from the last lesson seen.

You will be able to cancel the pause before the selected period starts. To do so, log in and click My Subscription on the left menu. There you can unpause.

Yes. Access My Account on the left menu and click on the E-mails tab. There you can upload the e-mails you want.

After making the change to a higher plan, we will send you a payment link so that you can pay the difference for the days of the new plan. These are the corresponding days between the change becoming effective and the next renewal.
