What if I can't attend a class?

It is important to notify us when you cannot attend one of your classes.

If you are studying in the individual or intensive modality, we will notify your teacher and the lesson will be rescheduled.

In group courses, the lesson will not be rescheduled, since we prioritize that the other students take the lesson.

Communicating an absence:

To notify that you will be absent, go to My Courses, click on the next scheduled date and then on the I cannot attend button.

If your plan is individual or intensive, by notifying your absence 24 hours in advance, you will be able to offer recovery days and times to your tutor. In case the tutor accepts it, the recovery date will be automatically uploaded to the platform. If the tutor doesn’t accept it, you must coordinate the recovery in the next class.

By notifying in advance, you will see it as Absent with notice. If you notify less than 24 hours in advance, the class cannot be rescheduled and your attendance will appear as Absent without notice.

If your plan is a group plan, you can only recover a class** if your tutor is absent**. In this case, it will be coordinated in the next class with all classmates.

In case you do not attend more than two classes, we will contact you to verify if you want to continue and maintain your current schedule.
