What do I do if I cannot continue at the assigned time?
You can change the day and time of your course on the platform quickly and easily.
In your user profile, go to the My Courses section and access your current course. In the Detail tab, you will see the Request Timetable Change button. Click the button, then click New change request button, select the reason for your request and add a comment if you think necessary.
If your plan is a Group plan
You can choose one of these 3 options:
Urgent reassignment: you can upload your new time availability, and we will assign you to a new course within a maximum period of 7 days.
Non-urgent reassignment: you can upload your time availability, and we will assign you to a new course within 14 calendar days. You will remain in your current course until the new one is assigned to you.
Immediate Reassignment: You will be able to choose from active courses that match your level and start immediately.
If your plan is an Individual or Intensive plan
You can choose one of these 3 options:
Urgent reassignment: you can upload your new time availability, and we will assign you to a new course within a maximum period of 7 days.
Non-urgent reassignment: you can upload your time availability, and we will assign you to a new course within 14 calendar days. You will remain in your current course until the new one is assigned to you.
Consult the tutor: if you want to continue with your current tutor, you can ask about the tutor availability. If the proposal is accepted, the change will be made automatically. If the proposal is rejected, the course will continue unchanged.
After the previous steps,** in the Confirmation section, you can review your request and confirm it.**
In either case, the request will begin processing after 12 hours. Therefore, if you wish, you can cancel it within that time. To do so, click Cancel.
