How do get started?

Click on the Sign Up button on nulinga.com in the top right corner and follow the instructions to create your profile.

1 - Register with your corporate email. If you don't have a corporate email, use the one you use to communicate at work.

2 - Verify your email. In this step, you will receive an email to confirm your registration on Nulinga.

3 - Enter your full name and create a password.

4 - Select the language you want to learn.

5 - Select the plan that suits your needs.

6 - If you need to pay any difference, upon confirming the plan, complete the payment details. No amount will be deducted until you start your classes.

7 - Indicate if you are a beginner in the language or take the questionnaire to determine your level.

-If you choose "Beginner", you will be assigned to level A1 of the chosen language, and only the Classic program will be available.

-If you choose to "take the test" and achieve a level B2, C1, or C2, you can opt for the Classic or Conversational program.

8 - Depending on the benefit provided by your company, you can choose between Classic and Conversational.

9 - As the next step, you can set a learning objective. This is entirely optional; you can do it now or later while studying. If you decide to do it now, we will share it with your assigned teacher so they are aware of your objective.

10 - Now you need to select your schedule.

10.1 - For Group plans, you will see courses at your level that you can join immediately, either in the morning, afternoon, or evening. You will start your classes as soon as the next class is available. If none of the courses fit your schedule, you can also select the times you are available for classes, and within 10 (ten) business days or less, we will assign you to a new course.

10.2 - For Individual plans, simply register the time options you currently have available and the time zone where you are located so that we can find a course that suits your availability. Within 5 (five) business days or less, we will assign you a course.

Once we receive confirmation of your enrollment in the course, we will send you an email with the course information and enable it in the "My Subscription" section on the platform.

Done! Your registration is complete and you are ready to start studying.
