Can I change the style of study?

Depending on your company's agreement with Nulinga, you may or may not be able to modify the style of study. It's important to note that the Conversational Program can only be taken if your level is B2, C1, or C2. If all the above conditions are met and you want to switch from one mode to another, follow these steps:

In your user profile, go to the My Courses section and access your current course. In the Details tab, you'll see the Change Requests tab. There, click on Start Request, select the reason "I want another style of study" and continue. Then:

If your subscription is Group:

You can choose one of these 3 options:

- Urgent Rescheduling: You can enter your new availability, and we will assign you to a new course within a maximum of 5 business days.
- Non-urgent Rescheduling: You can enter your availability, and we will assign you to a new course within 10 business days. You will remain in your current course until the new one is assigned.
- Immediate Rescheduling: You can choose from the active courses that match your level and start immediately.

If your subscription is Individual or Intensive:

You can choose one of these 3 options:

- Urgent Rescheduling: You can enter your new availability, and we will assign you to a new course within a maximum of 5 business days.
- Non-urgent Rescheduling: You can enter your availability, and we will assign you to a new course within 10 business days. You will remain in your current course until the new one is assigned.
- Consult the teacher: If you want to continue with your current teacher, you can ask about their availability. If the proposal is accepted, the change will be made automatically. If the proposal is rejected, the course will continue without changes.

After these steps, you can review your request in the Confirmation section and confirm it.

In any case, the request will start processing after 12 hours. Therefore, if you wish, you can cancel it within that time. To do this, click on Cancel.
