El Café is a personalized space created for teachers and students to interact and stay in touch outside of classes. In this space, you can share tasks, doubts, suggestions, and communications. In case you need to reschedule a class, El Café is also the appropriate space. Every time a new conversation is posted, you will receive a notification on the platform and via email so you don't miss anything. To access it, log in, click on My Courses, and then on the next scheduled class. There, you will see the El Café tab. To start a new post, click on the New Conversation button. Then, select a subject, add a title, and write your query or communication. You can add links, files, and use emojis.

Q: What is the platform used for the classes?

We use our own platform so that you can access the course and the material of your level. For live classes, we use Zoom. When assigning you the course, we will provide you with the link so that you can access the classes, even if you don’t yet have Zoom installed on your computer. Remember to be in a quiet and comfortable place, with good lighting and a good connection so that the class is carried out in the best possible way.

Q: What happens if I don't pass the assessment?

If you have regular attendance and completed the tasks, you should have no problem passing the final evaluation. But if you don't pass, we will analyze your situation. We will ask for feedback from your teacher, and together we will make the decision we believe is best for your learning. You may have additional classes before retaking the evaluation. Alternatively, you can decide to continue without having taken the exams. In this case, your teacher will decide if you can continue to the next module even without taking the exams, based on your level of knowledge and participation in classes.

How are groups assigned?

In group classes, we assign in the same group students who are starting at the same level and who indicated the same time availability. Students in each group may or may not belong to the same company.

Group classes have a maximum of 4 students.

If you want to change your tutor, you must contact our team through chat or by sending an e-mail to info@nulinga.com explaining the reason. Your case will be evaluated, and we will assign you a new teacher.

Yes, we have courses for all levels. If you don’t have prior knowledge of the language you have chosen, you must indicate that you are a beginner and don’t need to take the leveling test.
