# Can I change the type of plan?

Depending on the conditions that your company has with Nulinga, you can modify or not the type of plan. For that, you must contact us at info@nulinga.com and we will tell you how to make the change of plan effective.

**Upgrade to a higher plan**

After making the change to a higher plan, we will send you a payment link so that you can pay the difference for the days of the new plan. These are the corresponding days between the change becoming effective and the next renewal.

**Downgrade plan**

If you change to a lower plan, you will see the transfer reflected in the next renewal, once the payment has been made in advance.
